I am trying to block some applications using the Router Cisco Firepower 1010, yet users in my network are able to execute applications as torrenting and browsing porn sites despite declaring in Access Control under Policies to block it. The screen shot of the rule is attached here. Kindly help me resolve and get me to what I want to.

Thank you for the bug links.
Regarding Torrents, do you know if this has been resolved in the latest code from better application and url identification?
I am building a policy and do not know if this will stop torrents on 7.3 FMC/FTD.
