I have Cisco 2911 & it is connected to Internet
the Port connected to internet is having 1 global IP address
I have defined nearly 2200 DHCP pool of private IP address & nearly 2000 users will be using Internet.
The entire pool of private IP Address is NAT via single public IP assigned to port connected to Internet.
So nearly 2000 users will be using Internet & all these will be NAT using 1 global IP Address.
Would like to check is there any limitation of using 1 Global IP address for NAT for such a lot pool of private IP Address ?
Is there any downside to this ?
Will it work ?

i do not see any issue, as long as CPU able to process the NAT and you have enough TCP port available (max 65535)
