I've freshly installed LMS 4.0 on VM server 2003 R2, after entering login details I'm getting the error

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

I've gone through most of the posts with similar heading but none of the instructions helped resolve the issue. Please let me know if more information is required to resolve this issue.

Regards,

Mussa

Evrything looks good. Are you able to access LMS in the server itself? Try to install another browser on your server and try to login.

Try both :

http://x.x.x.x:1741

https://x.x.x.x:443

Share NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/logs/stdout.log and stderr.log.

First thing to check is if the install went fine, which you can check/post the install log from c:/install*log.

Secondly, if the processes are running properly or not, please post the output of pdshow from command prompt. You can use NMSROOT/bin/pdshow > c:\pdshow.txt command to redirect ouput to c:\pdshow.txt.
