Cisco Network Assistant 6.3

Hello....I am using Cisco CNA version 6.3.

I can connect to 17 of our switches on our network but I cannot seem to connect to 3...all are 3650s. When I connect to these 17 I can archive the setup successfully.

Any suggestions as to why I cannot connect to these 3 3650s? I can ping them successfully.

I am at the Net+ level:)

Do they all have the "ip http server" enabled?

We found "ip http secure-server" was set to no.

Editing as follows allowed us to use CNA to connect to it and archive the config:

no ip http secure-server

to

ip http secure-server

I have attached a couple of screen shots.

Hi,
You can't connect but you can ping? what do you mean by connect ?

By the way, if you are suggesting that you can't see these 3 switches in the CNA, i think you should see your CDP configuration in the 3 switches. If cdp is enable look in the interfaces of the 3 switches connected to your network infra, perhaps cdp is disabled on these interfaces
