Hi Team,
I was wondering if Cisco has a tool for network monitoring other than Cisco Prime or DNAC.
I´ve read about VNAM but I don´t see any new information and I don´t know if is in EoL already.
Hope that you can help me.
Cheers

Personally I do not see Cisco has one Dashboard that has all in work like network Monitoring tools.
Cisco Prime - wireless and device config (certain point of view good
DNAC. - upcoming single one pane of glass for everything - a lot more required to add.
Another side of the question, when you mentioned network monitoring what kind of tools are you looking (like Solarwinds / PRTG / Logic Monitor ?)

Hi!
What kind of Monitoring would you want to acheive?
Regarding your answer - it depends.
You also have APIC Controller for Monitoring your ACI Fabric, you have the Meraki Dashboard monitoring your Meraki Devices....
For your "casual" LAN - no there is no other to my knowledge..
Best regards

I'm looking for tools that can help me to make assessments for network design and also use this same tool for network monitoring. I just want to know if Cisco offers any tool for this kind of work, I know that there are some pretty good third party software.

Hi!
No, not to my knowledge at least.
I think you have good overview about third party software in this topic already.
I can personally recommend Nagios. :)
Let me know if I can help you with anything else.
Best regards
Julian
