It is possible to take some show commands of a group in CiscoPrime 2.1 and then get this files?

Sure.
In Lifecycle mode you design a template (Design, Feature Design, CLI Templates). See the existing pre-configured templates for examples. Then create one with the commands you want and give it a useful name. (You can adapt the "Configure SNMP" template for example.)
The deploy it: Deploy, Configuration Tasks:
Templates > CLI Templates > System Templates - CLI > Configure SNMP
Choose your device group, site group etc. as targets and then deploy.

I don't think so. This is a feature that was available in Prime LMS that has not yet been ported into PI.

And what about to make some changes in configuration of a group, for example
It is possible to do whatever templet I want for a group in prime infraestructure 2.1?
