Cisco Prime 2.2 to 3.1

Hi all

We currently have Prime Gen1 appliance running v2.2

We also have a new virtual appliance 

I am struggling to establish whether it's possible to take a backup from v2.2 and restore into v3.1. Can somebody confirm if this works?

Hi,

As of now, PI 3.1 on Gen1 is not supported.

Regarding taking backup and restore, we can't do directly in PI 3.1. We would need to move to PI 3.0 and restore it and take the PI 3.0 backup and then finally restore on PI 3.1
