Cisco Prime 3.4: Error generating reports

Hi all,

If I go into the Report Launch Pad, then I:

Client / Client Sessions

With any report I generate, I run the job, then I get an error:

"No data matches the specified criteria for the report.

Make sure that the following poll jobs are running:

1.Radio Performance"

How do I turn on the poll job?

How do I check the status of that job/process and restart it if necessary?

Help apreciated!
