Cisco Prime 3.8 + Netflow

Hi,

We've added netflow commands to our switch and added the device data sources in Prime 3.8. They are enabled, however i'm unable to see any traffic under dashboard > performance > application. Sorry but i'm new to Netflow (Not Prime) so if anyone can advise on tips/advice of how I can get to see application flow in Prime that would be helpful?

Thanks in advance.

  - Do you have Assurance  license(s) in order to be able to use Netflow ?

Yes we have assurance licenses and I can see that Prime is using one.

  - Have a sanity check of the configured netflow(s) on the devices by for instance using a free Netflow-analyzer and verify if Netflow data are being received :

    (e.g.) : https://www.paessler.com/netflow_monitoring?gclid=CjwKCAiAz4b_BRBbEiwA5XlVVkw8nZ8I9Iyd7SA_c3_yF1QmDvjOBu_lBBLKhy9JPDaBsdqJYNd_HBoChasQAvD_BwE

Further more verify device compatibility matrix -> pay attention to required software versions (tab 2  en tab 3) , for the devices configured in Prime.
