Cisco prime 3.9.0 Partial Collection Failure

I have issue with cisco prime 

Actually  yesterday  added the devices and everything been ok 

but today I get this issue ( Partial Collection Failure )

please any Suggestion

         - Remove the involved device(s) from Prime and re-enter them. but press Verify Credentials first.

yes. I did that already and the SNMP and SSH Credentials are correct but it still show me the same isuue 

any Help for that

  Lookup your particular devices and check the minimum software version needed in order to be compatible with 3.9 , make sure these conditions are met.
