Hi,
I am trying to upgrade our prime infrastructure to 3.10.4 but 3.10.0. I understand that I need to upgrade to 3.10.2 first.
note:- we are currently running a VM based 3.10 version.
i am following cisco document for the upgrade and it mentions to upload the firmware first which i have!
2nd is to stop nCS and then run the following commands:
application upgrade PI-Upgrade-3.10.x_to_3.10.2-0.0.90.tar.gz defaultRepo
however, this command isnt available in our prime infrastructure.
what am I missing??
here are some commands from our prime:

- Does this admin user have full privileges ? For 3.10.4 (train) also take care because of https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwi60372 which was recently discovered.

I do not remember the command syntax now - since we moved to DNAC few years now not touched the prime
as you mentioned role network-admin that i suspect (you need to be administrator)
The below mentioned types of accounts are available on the CLI:
Admin (administrator)
Network Admin
Security Admin
User
Other option you can also Try GUI to upgrade - using GUI admin account.
