Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.7 - Remove ACL from Switches and Router

I created a ACL with the incorrect capitalization.  I need to remove the incorrect ACL.  I created the ACL with Cisco Prime and deployed via Cisco Prime.  I would like to remove the incorrect named ACL from my switches and routers.

Can this be done?

example of mistake.  Nagios when it should have been nagios.  Cisco prime does not care if the first letter is capital or not it see the name as the same but Cisco switches and router see's them as two separate names.

Hi Dan,

Cisco iOS at this point in time doesn't support renaming of Access Control Lists and therefore a new one will need to be created with the correct naming convention you wish to use.

To make this a painless issue you could schedule two jobs in Prime to first remove the ACL then create the new one with the correct name and apply it.
