cisco prime infrastructure cpu utilization

Hi,

We are using cisco prime infrastructure 3.8.0. All of a sudden the GUI started showing no device's cpu usage either. It shows memory usage and CPU temperature. but no cpu usage. We use cisco 9200 as switch. The switches are also 16.12.04 version installed.

PI not showing end device CPU utilization or Prime CPU utilization.

Prime able to sync with the device - is the Prime has reachability to end switches.

cisco 9200 - the code running was having some bugs, so worth upgrading to 17.3.X and testing it.

If you like to keep the same IOS XE code, reboot Prime and check is that fix issue, or reboot the switch 9200(before reboot check any abnormal Logs in the switch)
