Cisco Prime Infrastructure, trial version

I am trying the Cisco Prime Infrastructure, trial version.

In client management I can see only 802.3 clients, but not clients directly attached to the switch ports.

Finding where a client, searched by IP or MAC address, is connected, is a mandatory need for us.

I have enabled trap sending from the switches.

- Please make sure that your switches are defined (added) in Prime, especially matching the
correct SNMP READ community (as it was defined on the switch).
