Cisco Prime Infrastucture 3.7 error 500 Users

Hola a todos

Se ha presentado error 500 al listar los Usuarios en Cisco Prime Infraestructure  3.7.0 Built 3.7.0.0.159

El error se genera a partir de tratar de eliminar un usuario admin, y al buscarlo en los grupos asignados aún se evidencia.

We already did the restart of PI, then the ncs stop process was stopped and restarted with the ncs start command and even so I cannot list or create a user continues with error 500
