Cisco Prime Inventory Collection

So my problem is that, after a discovery job. The Prime finds new devices(in my Case new Cisco Switches) but it does not seem to add those devices to my inventory. Even though those devices should be added to my Inventory. Any Idea why that is?

can you add these devices manually ?

Choose Inventory > Device Management > Network Devices, then click Add.

So the fault was at the wrong credentials used in the discovery job, the found device was added with no name. So when I looked at the Inventory and searched for the name there were no results. I tried adding it manually and the prime answered with device with that IP already in inventory.
