Cisco SG300 VLANS Really need help.

I cannot make this work no matter what I do. This picture shows my intended goal. but I cannot ping between different devices.

If I'm on VLAN 130 (192.168.130.77/24) with a pc plugged a port that is a member of VLAN130UP/VLAN132 ....

I cannot ping a pc or phone which is plugged into a similar port  which is on the VLAN 132 (192.168.132.55/24)

hi dude

it should be set to untagged when there is end device connected to it with respective VLAN set.

and PVID should be checked as well.
