Cisco UCM will not show up in CM - no IP Phones

I added my UCM to CS and it shows up as expected. I ran User Tracking - Data Collection in CM but did not pick it up. I went into Admin - Data Collection - Device Management - Include... It did show up there so I manually added it to CM. Data Collection still does not pick it up. What else do I need to do? Would like to have IP Phones dialed in to LMS. Thanks for any help!

What version of the CUCM are you running? Only the following is supported:

CUCM 6.1.1
CUCM 7.0.0

If any of the above, post the ani.log and ut.log with the hostname and IP of CUCM.

OK. Did not know that and had not seen the version requirement. I am running 4.3. Thanks
