I added my UCM to CS and it shows up as expected. I ran User Tracking - Data Collection in CM but did not pick it up. I went into Admin - Data Collection - Device Management - Include... It did show up there so I manually added it to CM. Data Collection still does not pick it up. What else do I need to do? Would like to have IP Phones dialed in to LMS. Thanks for any help!

What version of the CUCM are you running? Only the following is supported:
CUCM 6.1.1
CUCM 7.0.0
If any of the above, post the ani.log and ut.log with the hostname and IP of CUCM.
