Cisco Works advertise critical faults, but not listed in Fault Monitor

Hello.

In the top of the screen, the Cisco Works advertise that there are 15 critical faults. When I click on the "15", the Fault Monitor shows me 2. When I clear those 2 alarms, the 15 changes to 13 and the Fault Monitor shows me no faul. It seems as if there were 13 hiden faults. How can I access to that 13 faults?

I too have 13 hidden faults - with no way to see them or clear them - it would be nice to have 0 errors or be able to see these 13 errors and resolve them
