Hi,
I have an internet connection issue for the CiscoWorks LMS. Can I update the CiscoWorks components manually by downloading the update from cisco.com as well as PSIRT and then applying them individually.
If so, what is the link for downloading updates and PSIRT ?
Thanks,
Ashley

Yes you can do it.
for the LMS components you can go to cisco.com > support > Download software >
ProductsNetwork Management and AutomationRouting and Switching ManagementCiscoWorks LAN Management Solution Products.
you can select the component you need and select the thing you want to download.
also there you can find the readme file for the installation steps
regarding the PSIRT report you can do it by downloading the needed files to the server.
it's explained in the following guide under Generating PSIRT/End-of-Sale/End-of-Life Report using Data from Local File Location

The latest PSIRT offline report is dated as 02/Mar/2010.
Any updates which include http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/products_security_advisories_listing.html???
