Ciscoworks 3.01 comes up with 'Server Not Ready'

Hi

When launching Ciscoworks from the server it appears with a message stating:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, ciscoworks@airwavesolutions.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

When launching from a remote workstation using the URL link it appears with "Server not ready - Please wait system is coming up.  You will be redirected to login page soon".  Its been on this screen for over 3 hours.  I've carried out a "net stop crmdmgtd" and net start crmdmgtd" twice but the same result.

I've attached the pdshow output once i've run the net start crmdmgtd command.

Any ideas, much appreciated.

What DFM version are you running?  If you do not know, post the \CSCOpx\setup\dfm.info file.

Thanks for the response Joel.  I decided to reboot the server which has corrected the issue, still not sure what th

e root cause was though.  The DFM version I am running is 3.0.5 (although we don't use DFM).
