CiscoWorks CD ONE (java error)

Hello.

I have met error message during installaion CD ONE.

"java.exe has generated errors and will be cloased by windows.

You will need to restart the program.

an error log is being created."

What OS and what CW version do you use?

OS : Windows 2000 Professnal with SP 2

CW : CiscoWorks CD ONE ver 5

Looks like your version is not up-to-date. In the latest versions of CW it is not called CD ONE anymore but "Common Services". I think there is a known bug in the old CD ONE when it comes to Pentium 4 processors which I bet is what you use.

So, you should try to get a copy of the current version.
