First of all, these packages are for RME 4.3.1 so they do not apply to your version.  If you install this you will corrupt your package repository.  To download the available packages for your version (4.3.0) you can issue the following commands in DOS on the LMS server:

PSUCli.bat -p rme -d -dst c:\psu_download -all

This will download the available packages to c:\psu_download\rme.  Then install using this command:

PSUCli.bat -p rme -install -src c:\psu_download\rme -all

These packages provide device support for your RME.  I prefer doing the manual DOS commands as this will show some more information as to what is happening during the install.
