Ciscoworks interaction with NETACT

I need to change Ciscoworks default thresholds to some devices of my network because it sends too many alerts through a third party software. I have created a new "device group", customized "thresholds", generated an "Alert View", created a new "Event set" and created a new "Notification group". These alerts and events need to be sent by SNMP traps to a specific IP address. I am not sure if after these changes, the "Notification MIB" used by SNMP TRAPS needs to be changed or does It keep unchanged?

Nope. The MIB (CISCO-EPM-NOTIFICATION-MIB) does not change. By configuring an Event Set, and adding only specific devices to your Notification Group, you are controlling which Events and Alerts gets sent as SNMP traps. However, the format of those traps will always be the same.
