Can I convert a database CiscoWorks LMS to SQL database.

LMS uses an embedded Sybase-based database.  It is an SQL database.  Direct access to the full database schema is not available; however, one can access read-only views as documented at

To remove a device from DCR, go to Inventory > Add / Import / Manage Devices, check the device you want to remove, and click Delete.  I'm not sure what you mean by not being able to add devices.  If you're still seeing a problem with this, please start a new thread.
