Hi Everyone,
Im trying to install CiscoWorks LMS. I've got problem with error, "usupported locale". I've changed locale to English US, keyboard to English even time zone to US. Restarted server. It didn't help.
OS: Windows Server 2008 SP2 Eng
Cisco Works LMS 4.0
I'm trying to install it via Remote Desktop.
Do You have any ideas what is wrong? I've checked installation guide and FAQ and troubleshooting section and everyting should works fine. I added to post log file and screenshot. Thanks for help in advance.

Use the "copy to reserved accounts" in regional settings in control panel. This should fix the problem as the setup program looks deeper into system accounts.

Hello As per the other answer, option under win2003 is on the "advanced" tab of the "Regional and Language Options" >> Default user account settings >> check the box "Apply all settings to the current user account and to the default user profile"

Besides setting the locale in the control panel, I've also set these values in the registry to en-us
[HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\International]
"Locale"="00000409"
"LocaleName"="en-US"
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International]
"Locale"="00000409"
"LocaleName"="en-US".
Then the problem was gone, LMS installed
Cheers,
Michel
