I have Cisco RV345

Router Firmware: 1.0.02.16

I can't find out how to use my 4g usb modem with my router.

Tryed two different 4g usb modems: Huawei E3372 and ZTE MF831

My sim card does not use password

My recognized the Huawei E3372, but wont connect, it says its disconnected. 

With ZTE MF831 it wont reconize at all but at least the usb light turns to green, i the controlpanel it says it disconnected.

I very frustraded since i have bought to USB 4G Modem and noen of them work.

Both 4G USB modems works if i directly connect them to my computer, so they do work perfectly.

Please help me with this, also hard to find some kind of support number or e-mail to contact cisco directly. Quess its bery deep some where on the internet.

check the compatability and tested USB 4G sticks.

My 4G USB Modem is supported in the US. 

I live in Norway, does it mean that this router only works in the US and the UK?

Then i will have to advice my company to look elsewhere for routers.

This list is for the RV324 and not RV345, does they support the same dongels?

My 4G USB Modem is at top of that list Huawei E3372h-153

As you can see it reconizes the modem, but it wont connect.
