I am using the config man mib to get trap notifications when a change is made to the config of our Cisco switches. The trap OID is .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.43.2.0.1. I am receiving the traps fine, but I want to know if there is a way to include the username that made the config change in the trap. If not, is there a mib that will include the username?
Thank you

Hello there,
Try these Objects: ( ccmHistoryEventTerminalUser OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.27 ) and (ccmHistoryEventRcpUser OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.27)
I guess this object in conjunction with the other one u set, will give you a good result.
plz Rate if it helped,

How do I include that in the trap I receive from the switch?
Thank you

i dont think you could actually include this OID into your current trap, as far as i know SNMP dont work in a hierarchical format. instead you should create a new specific snmp trap for this, or else, check out Embeded Event Manager (EEM) feature.
