Copy flash TFTP Error (timed out) - solarwinds

I am trying to copy my IOS to my pc using Solarwinds.

Solarwinds is Started.

I am able to ping from my pc to the fa0/1 port on my switch.

These are in the same subnet.

Pinging 192.168.1.100 with 32 bytes of data:

Normal TFTP behavious demands the target file exists on the server and is writable.

Can you confirm the file exists?
