Systemid user has been created on ACS with full rights to all the lmsappls (all lmsappls has registered successfully also)... there's just 1 more step to complete which is go to lms to *assign device group, however it keep saying active session for another user exists please login again, have anyone ever encounter below error? what's the workaround?
0. change acs setup
1.configure acs mode (OK completed and reboot)
2. assign device group -> after reboot when click on 0. change acs setup to access 2. assign device group, keep saying:
Confirmation
 | An active session for another user exists. Do you wish to end the session and create a new session? |
had re-enter the systemid and password to login again but same issue, pop up the message again saying active session... please login, any idea what's wrong?
