does anyone know how I can delete devices from my Cisco Active Advisor account?

Good question.
I've not had much luck trying out this product myself. My issue was that it wasn't showing any contract data even though my CCO userid is associated with the applicable Smartnet contract. Support has been unable to resolve it for me (after one month)
You may be able to get some help via e-mail from the team at caa-help@cisco.com.
