Device attributes

I have a high number of devices that ciscoworks shows up as an SNMP icon from "check device attributes"? All device attributes are correct as I have checked. Does this mean that Ciscoworks reaches them by snmp?

Consequently I cannot use netconfig.

These devices are 2600/1700 or a handful of 1600 routers.

Please help.

SNMP icon means the device type is not managed in the version of RME you are running.

What version of RME are you running, and what IDU do you have installed?

RME 3.4

This is from LMS bundle ver 2.1

I cannot see what IDU I have.

But from Server Configuration>apps & versions I can see that Resource Manager Essentials Incremental Device Support is 3.4 & Device Fault Manager Incremental Device Support 1.2

Hope this is what you are after.

Look forward to hearing from you soon.

Cheers.

Download / install the lastest IDU (11.0) for RME 3.4 and see if it helps
