Device change

I have replaced a lot of my switches and when I do a hardware report the information is about the OLD switch. The devices were replaced with the same IP address etc.

You mean like the weekly inventory job?

It would be nice to provide the application that you are using and the version number

Obviously I made an error by forgetting to include what Cisco application and version I am using. My apologies, I am human.

RME 4.0 does Inventory Collection via a schedule

To access it, you may go to RME -> Admin -> Inventory -> System Job Schedule

If you feel that the scheduled job did not run properly, you may look at RME -> Devices -> Inventory -> View Inventory Collection Status

There you will be able to click on the link (number of devices) and get additional info
