You're hitting a very old bug in Campus Manager. You should consider upgrading to LMS 2.6. In the meantime, run:
NMSROOT/bin/pdterm DeviceDiscovery
Then edit DeviceDiscovery.properties, and change the default*Cmty lines to:
snmp.defaultReadCmty=public
snmp.defaultWriteCmty=private
Now you will be able to make your changes, and restart DeviceDiscovery.

Is LMS 2.6 free upgrade? because my support was expire, and I am waiting for the new the contract.

Yes. You have to go to LMS 2.5.1 first, then 2.6. Both are free and downloadable from http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/cw2000/lan-planner.shtml .

what type of training do I need in-order to know all this? :). I took the Implementing ciscowork, but most the time was, clicking the mouse. Do you have free online source?

The only comprehensive training solution I know of for LMS is from our training partner Ascolta (http://www.ascolta.com). However, that is not free.
