I am having problems adding a CSS 11501 to Device fault manager through the MGMT interface of the CSS. I can add the device using an IP assigned to a VLAN on the CSS but when I add it using the Ethernet-MGMT interface it says that the device is not recognised and can't detect the System name etc. I have checked and when doing a SNMP get to the System mib on the standard VLAN IP it uses
iso.org.dod.internet.private.enterprises.2467.4.7
but when I do it using the MGMT interface it uses
iso.org.dod.internet.private.enterprises.cisco.ciscoMgmt.368.4.7
Is there a way to resolve this in Cisco Works?

The DFM should be able to detect the CSS through MGMT interface. The only reason that i can find where this is not happening is when there is a hardware issue with the MGMT interface. Check if there is any hardware issue with the MGMT interface. If this does not resolve the issue, try reinstalling the DFM and check if it works.

Cisco is migrating the system OID of the CSS11500 series to
iso(1).org(3).dod(6).internet(1).private(4).enterprises(1).cisco(9).ciscoMgmt(9).arrowPoint(368)
You got this system OID when you poll via the mgmt interface.
However, DFM supports CSS11500 using its previous OID : 1.3.6.1.4.1.2467.4.7

I would suggest you contact TAC and verify if there is any DFM patch to support CSS11500 using the new OID assigned by Cisco.
