Hi,
What does
"Check DB status (running/stopped). Check DB tables for missing or NULL key value columns."
mean when a device is not responding to CW2000 RME inventory

This happens with some of the hardware equipments,
The workaround is to reload the equipment and attempt to add the router/equipment into inventory.
