DFM Notifications

Hello,

I'm configuring DFM to notify a group of people (by email) for certain events.

I've created the Event Set for the devices we're interested in, and we now get emails when an event becomes active. However, we don't get an email when the event is cleared.

Any ideas? I've attached the Notification Group settings that I've configured. As you can see, I've selected both Active and Cleared.

cleared events have a severity of "informational", thus you must opt-in for informational events under "Event Severity" also to be notified.
