double input rate on sub-interface in ASR1001-X

Recently we upgrade an ASR1001-X from 16.3.4 to current suggest version 16.6.7. We found the input rate on traffic graph is doubled. Then I do a test on it with following setup:

interface TenGigabitEthernet0/0/0
no ip address
!
interface TenGigabitEthernet0/0/0.200
encapsulation dot1Q 200
ip address 192.168.0.1 255.255.255.252
!
interface TenGigabitEthernet0/0/0.300
encapsulation dot1Q 300 second-dot1q 100
ip address 192.168.99.1 255.255.255.252

I do a ping session on each sub-interface and plot the traffic rate through SNMP:

16.06.0716.06.07

(the graphs in order :

1. main interface te0/0/0

2. sub-interface te0/0/0.200

3. sub-interface te0/0/0.300)

The in/out rate on te0/0/0 and te0/0/0.200 are normal. But te0/0/0.300 (match two level vlans) shows double input rate.

Then I test with another suggested version 16.9.4. Now both sub-interfaces show double input rate...

16.09.0416.09.04

Actual traffic is normal, it is just value from SNMP is wrong. Anyone got similar issue? Is this some kind of new feature or any workaround? Thanks.

I got the same behavior. What is your IOS XE version?
