you can download the eval version from
www.cisco.com/go/nmsevals (with a valid CCO login)
Click on 'Network Management Evaluation Products' in the box at the top. You can place an order free of charge to get the eval version.
Last time I did it, I first got a 'download helper' which itself triggerd the actual download to the evaluation file (> 1GB!).If you need the windows version, be sure not to use the windows built-in process to extract the downloaded eval version. Use WinZip instead to extract the *.exe and then run setup.exe to install LMS.
