Your best bet would be to use Config Editor.

Or you can use ACL Manager - I think it came w/ RME - but it'll load on LMS.

One thing to keep in mind is that ACL Manager will load on top of RME 3.5 (LMS 2.2)
It will not load on top of LMS 2.5
