We are running into a slight problem with the action mail command on equipment at a specific location. The mail server our routers are using requires smtp authentication. Unfortunately, the username for each node is using a username@domain.net naming convention. Regrettably this naming convention is unchangeable for the time being. The issue we are experiencing is the syntax used with EEM for mail authentication is either server username@host or server username:password@host. Because we must use the '@' symbol in our username, it seems that EEM is interpreting this as both the 'username' and 'host' values. I've toyed with this a few different ways and haven't found a workaround just yet. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
