Error creating user tracking custom report.

Hello at all.

I have installed LMS 4.0.1 again. Now LMS is running on a Windows 2008 R2, 64 bit.

Using Custom Reports from Reports> Report Designer> User Tracking to create an end host report I get this error message: "The syntax is not valid: the system cannot find the path specified".

Anyway, the report is created but I’m not able to edit or delete: it is not listed on Available Custom Reports.

Have you tried to create the same report but without the " charachter in the reports name?

Not too sure how we can remove your report.

I do not understand your suggestion. I'm trying to create a new host report with name "Report-test".

Anyway I'm not using the " character.

I assumed a special character was in the report name, but it may also be in the matching criteria..

Have you used the simple or advanced query expression?

In case of simple try to make the same report using the advance method since the syntax check may find the problem you face.

Using the advanced query expression I cna check successfully the query syntax.

However, report designer reports the same error: syntax is not valid.

The report is created but I’m not able to edit or delete: it is not listed on Available Custom Reports.

When I try to use it, system shows a popup with an application error.
