Hi,

Kindly try to restart the Dameon manager with the command line of the server

1> net stop crmdmgtd

and then start the daemon manager --> net start crmdmgtd (wait for atleast 20-25 minutes before login back to LMS and also see if any file do exist at location CSCOps\Objects\dmgtd\ready folder).

Get the output of pdshow after waiting for 20 minutes and stdout.log and stderr.log from CSCOpx\MDC\tomcat\logs.

Many Thanks,

Gaganjeet

Hi.

Thanks for answering.

i did what you said.. but the problem persist.

The ready folder is empty

the pdshow output appear be normal, all services and proccess started.

attached are the stdout.log and stderr.log files

Thanks.

Hi Julio,

Thanks for the update. Kindly clear the contents of these files again, reproduce the issue and the get the new logs for stdout.log and stderr.log again.

Many Thanks,

Gaganjeet

Hi.

here are the files...

Many Thanks.

Hi Julio,

I didnt see the exceptions in the latest logs. Kindly share the ANIServer.properties file from

CSCOpx\campus\etc\cwsi.

And share the logs again after reproducing the issue again.

Many Thanks,

Gaganjeet

Hi,

Also, kindly get the ani.log too.

Many Thanks,

Gaganjeet

Hi

i had to format and reinstall the server due to reasons outside the topic. And now im using the virtual appliance of LMS 4.1 and i have no problems.

Probaly i must install again the LMS in windows server.. if i have the same problems ill tell you..

Many Thanks.

Hi Julio

Is the problem fixed after re-installing LMS.

Many Thanks,

Gaganjeet

Hi Gaganjeet

yes, the problem is fixed, but now im using the virtual appliance instead the windows installer.

Many thanks.

Hi,

Had the same issue, something to do with 2008. When you run topology services, it installs some additional software, but you usually don't have the rights to install. Run IE as administrator (left click, run as....) and start topology services. Once all the add-ons are installed, you can run ie as normal and topology services should work.
