I need help to connect  AIR-CAP2702E-E-K9 with WLC.That display a log message

This is not a wireless/wireless AP issue.  

This is an issue with the cabling.  

What is the make and model of the switch?  I suspect that if you have a TDR test it'll show that Pair B is short/faulty.
