I read the Installation Guide and also try to run R2 patch but it gives me an error massage saying "install LMS 4.0 before Installing LMS 4.0.1.See the ReadMe and the Installation Guide for details."
So I tried to run LMS 4.0 but I can not run it. It showes its trying but not doing anything.
Seems like it try to open with java and for a sec. it showes cmd.But cmd goes away and it stop installation.
Any Idea?

Reboot server
Run R2 patch ( CiscoWorks_LMS_4.0.x_WIN2K8_R2.exe ) and point to 4.0 eval installer ( lms-4-0-Win-eval.exe) . Install LMS 4.0
Put daemon manager to manual
Reboot server
Run 4.01 update ( cwlms4_0_1_win_k9\cwlms4_0_1_win_k9.exe )
Put daemon manager to automatic
Start daemon manager
Cheers,
Michel

Thanks mate,
Would you direct me where can I get the LMS-4.0-Win-eve.exe file?
I tryied to get a EVAL-LMS-4.0 which is a .jnlp file.
May be thats the reason the file is not opening.
So thats where I think I am having a problem.

I see,
I went to :
http://www.cisco.com/web/go/nmsevals
I downloaded this link:
https://cisco.mediuscorp.com/market/networkers/productView.se.work?/nxt/rcrs/proieidentity/=18279
That is a downloader application that downloads the LMS eval package (after some time).
Cheers,
Michel

Ok,I download the file to my machine first then I copied to the server and run from there.
Spend lot of time just to run the file from the server.
And it worked fine.
But thanks for your help.
