Hi Mohamed,

it could  be becuase of corrupted Fault history database ,tru to run the transaction log recvovery ,if that does not fix it then you need to reintilaize the DFM fault history database.

transaction log recovery process:

1.stop the daemon manager

2. remove the dfmfh.log (NMSROOT/CSCOPx/databases/dfm/dfmfh)

3.NMSROOT/CSCOpx/databases/dfm/dfmFh > dbsrv10.exe -f dfmFh.db

4. start the daemon manager

wait for 15 mins ,login and check the issue again.

if above does not work ,re-init the DFM FH database

stop the daemon manager

NMSROOT\bin\perl.exe NMSROOT\bin\dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=dfmFh dmprefix=FH  (windows)

/opt/CSCOpx/bin/dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=dfmFh dmprefix=FH  (solaris \linux)

start the daemon manager

Hope this will help

Thanks-
