Getting Archive Error for specific device in RME 4.0.4

Hello All:

I'm getting the following error in the archive summary when trying to archive the running config of a PIX 520 running 6.1(4) code:

Failed to get the start tag-: in the configuration.

I checked the supported devices, and RME should support at least 6.1(1).

Login credentials have also been checked and verified, too.

Anyone know what I'm running into here?

This error message is displayed when RME is not able to find the startup-configuration of the device.

Okay, so how do I get RME to recognize the startup-config?
