User updated Windows Server OS patches, now not all services start and cant do a restore. When trying to restore the error displays " Some Files in the backup archive might not have enough permissions to read and copy"
User comfirms that permissions are correct.
The user is remote and I have ask for the post test to be run as well as the process one. Any suggestions are welcome.08-18-2014 11:48 AM
Which all services are not starting? Share the output of pdshow -brief from the command prompt.
Dont try to do things in hurry and recover issue by restoring. Are you able to login to CiscoWorks? Does the main Daemon manager starts? WHat error do you see if Daemon manager is not starting?
Are you able to run command net start crmdmgtd on command prompt. DO you see any error?

The BU did testing and are saying there are stability issues with this version and the local OS builds. This issue has been resolved.
Thanks for your response.
