GUI interface on WLC

I am trying to connect to GUI interface of WLC but it is continuously showing "Server Reset Connection". I configured the management interface of WLC with an IP 192.168.10.10 and PC connecting with the WLC with an IP 192.168.10.11. The PC and WLC are able to ping each other. I am using Packet Tracer version 9.0.0.0810. 

I have done the same thing few years back.

Hey @NetworkingNewbies 

The WLC GUI in Packet Tracer is known to be a little buggy, I think it is an issue with how the software handles HTTP requests & sessions. If you haven't already, I would try accessing the GUI over both http://192.168.10.10 and https://192.168.10.10.
