there are different ways to achieve this - before that there are number of question to be answered :

1. is this LAN or real environment ?

2. R1 and R2 - what device mode and IOS code running

3. what switch model and IOS code running ?

4. Switch to router you mentioned Encryption, is this between Switch and Router, Router to  Router Encryption using VPN ?

5. you have 4 WAN Links  - is this directly connected to router - what connection MPLS or VPLS ? (blue color what is that mean)

6. You have Green colore - what is that mean ?

7. Phone behind connecting to any Call manager ?

Hi Balaji,

Kindly find the below points.

There are different ways to achieve this - before that there are number of question to be answered :

1. is this LAN or real environment ? (we have IP Phones communications where as router will work as CME and this is we are testing with real enviroment)

2. R1 and R2 - what device mode and IOS code running ( R1 and R2 are C8300-1N1S-6T routers,17.06.03a)

3. what switch model and IOS code running ? (C9300-24P-A,17.06.05)

4. Switch to router you mentioned Encryption, is this between Switch and Router, Router to  Router Encryption using VPN ? ( Encryption is between R1 switch to R2 switch, Encryption is not using any VPN its a hardware Encryption)

5. you have 4 WAN Links  - is this directly connected to router - what connection MPLS or VPLS ? (blue color what is that mean)

(We have 4 WAN Links which is directly connected to router- there is no MPLS only we have VPLS, Also blue colored line is for traffic which has to go only via that interfaces)

6. You have Green colore - what is that mean ? (Green colour is that traffic which should not go via other WAN interface where has to be indepent interface)

7. Phone behind connecting to any Call manager ? (router CME will be connected)

Are you are running any IGP / BGP  between the router or switch - so you can use Traffic engineer using those technologies

if this is static Routing  then you need to PBR based on source and destination on both the sides.

look at the below guide :

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/ios/config/17-x/ip-routing/b-ip-routing/m_iri-pbr.html

also check performance based routing these model support if you like to use.

We are using OSPF between router to router, Switch to router we are using EIGRP.

Since the router is the deciding the factory what link to use, you can play with OSPF Costing to preferred router over other.

We are facing one issue like switch to router there are two links one Encryption and one Non Encryption links which should work in active active on both ends of R1 side and R2 side in this case only single route is getting formed and traffic is going only via Encryption link, Also presently are working with P2P later we will add one more R3 router with same uplinks which will be directly connected to R1.

i was not sure OP you mentioned based on the destination you looking to use BLUE or GREEN Link - is this correct please clarity ?

We are facing one issue like switch to router there are two links one Encryption and one Non Encryption links which should work in active active

This not sure, how the configuration done, what kind encryption method you using between router and switch (this was asked before)

if you looking active - active from switch to router and end to end ?

what is the clear goal to be make precise to suggest here.
